How to REWILD this Spring

The term “Rewilding" means the planned reintroduction of a plant species into a habitat from which it has disappeared in an effort to increase biodiversity and restore the health of the ecosystem.

The program focusses on 4 main nutritional components found in plants: Fibre, Omega 3s, Flavonoids, and Sulfur.

Omega 3s: Brussel sprouts, almonds, chia seeds, walnuts, hemp seed, pumpkin seed, buckwheat nibs
Flavenoids: Grapefruit, red cabbage, tomatoes, oranges, lemons, limes, raspberries, parsley
Sulfur: Cauliflower, broccoli, garlic, onion, green cabbage, leeks, green onion
