We offer a full range of juice cleanse and hybrid programs, which are a combination of plant-based meals and cold pressed juices & raw shots. Each has an unique blend of ingredients for different results that can be found in the product description. You can also book a free 15-minute video call with Madi, the founder, to talk about which program is right for you! Simply click here to book a call.
Cold pressed is simply the method we use to extract juice from vegetables and fruit without heat or oxygen. The lack of both during extraction does not compromise the nutritional value nor eliminate the active enzymes in the juice.
When doing a cleanse we highly suggest cutting out alcohol and caffeine as they are taxing on the body's system (they can cause dull skin, slow digestion, and energy crashes) but we always say to listen to your body. It is okay to have 1 cup of coffee in the morning but make sure that there is no added dairy or sugar!
If you would like to make a substitutions to any of our pre-set subscriptions, cleanses, or programs please email us at hello@eatnook.ca

Meals & Ingredients
All of our products and meals are made with plants, prodominantly. We offer a selection of 100% vegan meals as well as balanced omnivore meals. We strive to have an inclusive menu that is as nutrient-dense as possible. One of the most powerful things we can do for our long-term health and for the planet is to have a lifestyle that has an abundance of plants.
All of our produce is sourced from a local, certified organic, farmer who has a sister farm in the US to ship in certified organic produce during the winter months. During the local growing season more than 80% of our meals are made from locally grown plants. All of our grains, pastas, and legumes are organic as well as our soy-based proteins such as tempeh and tofu. Our animal proteins are sourced from local farmers that are free from antibiotics and hormones.
We only use the highest quality, certified organic, fats for our meals and dressings. Are main sources are extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and sesame oil.
We offer both! We strive to create balance with our programs for optimal digestion and enjoyment. All meal labels that are best enjoyed warm have a "re-heat" symbol on them and are delivered in a microwave & oven-safe container. The best way to enjoy the meals meant to be re-heated is in a pan on the stovetop for 3 to 5 minutes on medium high heat!
We focus on five main components when we create each dish. We focus on eating the rainbow, plant, protein, nutrient density, healthy fats, and organic leafy greens. Each day of meals has over 20 different ingredients for optimal nutrient-density and variety of vitamins and minerals.
Each meal is made from scratch the day of delivery. The meals are meant to be consumed within 3 days for optimal freshness. Some snack items have a longer shelf-life, please see the specific product for the information.
Some meals require heating, those are all packaged in microwave & oven safe containers. We recommend re-heating the meals on the stove top, simply empty the meal contents into a pan on medium heat, add the sauce, and heat for a few minutes depending on personal preference. To heat in the microwave, remove the lid and heat for 2-3 minutes depending on personal preference.
All of our meals are completely refine-sugar free. We use natural sweeteners such as maple syrup, medjool dates, banana, and apples to naturally sweeten our meals.
All of our meals are free from gluten, dairy, egg, refined sugar, and preservatives. We can accommodate some allergies modifications, we ask our clients to leave their substitution requests in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout. We can NOT accommodate severe nut allergies as we cannot guarantee that there has been no cross-contamination in our kitchen.
Our meals are intended to serve one person but a few of our meals have different size options that are explained in the product description. Many of our main dishes work great as sides for multiple people!
We have a very small amount of food waste as we use all parts of the plants and order only what we need fresh daily. Any food waste that we do have is picked up by an organic local farmer who feeds it to their live stock. Who knew that cows love citrus rinds and that sheep love juice pulp! We strive to reduce our footprint and are constantly finding new ways to lower our environmental impact.
