Getting Nook delivered to your doorstep!

Our delivery services have gotten an update!

At Nook, our goal is to make eating nutritiously as easy and convenient as possible. That's why we now offer delivery and pickup for all meals and juices and have expanded our delivery zones to include: Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Ayr, Brantford, Paris, Milton, Toronto & most of the GTA.

Wondering if your address is included in our zones? The easiest way to check if you're eligible for delivery is to use our handy postal code checker at the top of our site or at checkout. Your delivery fee will be calculated at checkout based on your order total and location, with delivery fees being at the maximum $15.

All orders will now be delivered on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 5pm & 10pm. At checkout, you can choose the drop off time that works best for you!

Delivery orders must be placed 3 days in advance of the day of delivery, but if you've missed the cut off time and still want Nook this week, don't panic! Simply email us at madi@eatnook.ca and we will do our very best to get your order sorted.

Cut off dates for delivery: 

Sunday delivery: order before Thursday 8pm.

Tuesday delivery: order before Saturday 8pm.

Thursday delivery: order before Monday 8pm.

Looking to swing by the commissary to pickup some meals and juices a la carte? To reduce waste, we no longer have prepared goods available in the commissary, but you can place your order online, by phone or email ahead of time and place an order for pickup.
